Refund Policy

At Limber Studios, we prioritise excellence in service and support.  We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

 

Subject to availability and depending on various offering:

1. Class Packages & Memberships

Non-Refundable: All class packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused classes. 

2. Live Classes & Drop-Ins (Limited to in person offerings)

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booked class at least 24 hours in advance, you may receive a class credit for future use.

No-Shows and late arrivals: If you do not attend a scheduled live class and fail to cancel within the required timeframe, no refunds or credits will be issued.

3. On-Demand Content & Digital Downloads: Online studio

All digital products, including pre-recorded yoga sessions, courses, and e-books, are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.

 

4. Workshops & Events

Refunds may be issued if canceled at least 5 day before the event. This does not include retreats.

No refunds or credits for cancellations accepted otherwise. 

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing a class due to our system errors, please contact support at hi@limber-studios.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

If you are unable to continue your membership due to medical reasons, please provide a doctor’s note, and we will review refund or credit options on a case-by-case basis.

7. Subscription Cancellation 

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in Eversports. Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued. For any refund-related inquiries, please contact us at info@limber-studios.com within 5 days of your purchase.
